The Buyer's personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI.

The Seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the Buyer, about which the Seller informs the Buyer. At the same time, the Seller undertakes to: prevent attempts to gain unauthorized access to information obtained during telephone conversations and/or transfer it to third parties who are not directly related to the fulfillment of Orders, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Information" dated October 2, 1992 No. 2657-XII. Any information received from the Buyer is confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • delivery of your order by postal, courier and service companies, communication operators, with whom appropriate agreements have been concluded with financial institutions (in the case of a refund for the goods) directly provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine

  • when paying for orders on the website of the Internet store, with the help of payment cards, all operations with them are carried out on the bank's secure payment page, where you need to enter the payment card data. After a successful transaction (successful payment of the order with a payment card on the bank's payment page), the site visitor is automatically redirected to the order page, where the number of the created order is indicated.
